NPCs are smarter now

• They are more likely to perform actions beneficial for themselves or non-beneficial for others.
• They are less likely to perform actions non-beneficial for themselves.

Improved top-down camera

• While holding the middle or right mouse button, you can now drag the camera around.

• Fixed typo in title of "Divine Intervention" card
