Hello Everyone!

This update adds in the beginnings of the Patois Dictionary.
This includes the following:

• Certain keywords are now highlighted and on-mouse over a definition and pronunciation guide is provided.
• A small explainer has been added to the load screen.

Let me know if any further words or phrases need to be added to the dictionary system.
