Generate the code after saving files

Hello

In this little update we provide automatic generation for the textual source code (*.ring) after saving the visual source file (*.pwct). This feature is useful when our project contains many visual source files (*.pwct) Where we can update a sub file & save it then run the main file without the need to run the sub file first to generate the source code.
