Update (getting ready for the full release)

Added Voice chat in co-op mode
Added leaderboard in the Lobby (separately for single and co-op games)
Added new mini game in the Lobby: Cat hunt
Added new skills (and new ways to unlock some "hidden" skills)
Introduced elemental damage types and elemental weaknesses on the enemy side
In the Lobby the skill info panel contains more data, added Bestiary (enemy database) and an announcer selection option
Added new options in the menu: bow offset, player size (to scale your hand and bow - from child to Viking size :smile:)
