Dear All,
Today we are very happy to announce that version 2.0 will be updated in the near future.
Recently, one of our players(@Nemexis) spent about 20 hours to make a workshop map called Starry Night.
Here is a link the The Starry Night map.

We were so surprised and inspired, the team has decided to go Version 2.0.
Thank you so much for taking the effort to inspire our community of players Nemexis.
You helped us to wake up to more possibilities.
We believe current players will most likely be surprised by the update, as we believe it can look and feel like a different game.
So here is what we are updating on Version 2.0.
1) We are turning all creator's edition highlighting the Workshop in Steam.
- Improved palette for pixel art.
- Many more colors(No more spending mines to unlock new colors).
- New auto save featured will be supported as Nemexis requested.
- Current two step edition(Tile making & Pixel Art) will be combined to 1 Step. Just focus on the pixel art and the tiles will be automatically created.
- New short keys will be matched to the keyboards. (e.g., Number 1, 2, 3 for Brush tool, Eraser tool, Pipette tool)
- Thumbnail images can now be chosen by the editor/creator (Hidden mode, Grayscale mode, Full Color)
2) New Gallery Mode
- Players will be able to view their pixel art collection (Created by map creators in the workshop) under a new Gallery mode.
- New sorting algorithm of your collection
3) World Map feature
- This feature and content will move to 'Classic World of Mines'
- Your world map will still be there, but it will be pushed back in terms of priority to make the game more creator oriented.
- All classic colors available for coloring will be unlocked.
We believe the game can support more pixel art creators to enjoy and focus on the art and unleash creativity.
Thank you so much to all the creators in our workshop community.
Cheers,
Team Cogoo
