Hello Creators!
I am very happy to see your works at the exhibition, and it motivates me to work tirelessly! Please welcome a major update to the game and even more items for your inspiration and design.
About 200 new and different objects have been added.
Minor bugs in the game have been fixed thanks to your feedback—thank you very much for your help!
Unfortunately, the game has not become popular, and of course I am very upset about it, but I continue to work on the game, add new items, and fix bugs. Nothing terrible has happened, and I have not stopped in the face of difficulties—I will continue to work in the same direction. The Creator will continue to receive updates, and we will add even more items and objects for your design!
And now, please welcome the important news:
Today I want to share with you that we now have a page for The Creator: Live Together. This is a new chapter in the The Creator series, where creativity reaches a new level thanks to cooperative mode and complete freedom of design. Now you design the space yourself, placing rooms, walls, windows, and doors.
I am very happy and would like to ask you to support the game and add it to your Wishlist right now—it won’t be difficult for you, and for the game it is invaluable help at an important moment. Thank you all very much!
The most important question is: why not add a cooperative mode to the first part? Let me explain: The Creator was originally planned as a single-player game, and the entire code architecture was not suitable for implementing a co-op mode. In short, I could have completely broken The Creator, and restoring it would have been very difficult. So I decided to create The Creator: Live Together, where the entire code architecture has been rewritten. Now I am not afraid of breaking anything, and The Creator and The Creator: Live Together do not intersect and work separately.
Thank you all for your understanding and support—for an indie developer, this is very important and gives motivation to keep working!
