Greetings Realmwalkers,
As you may have seen from the sprawling 130+ page digital artbook (available for purchase on Steam), the world of Nightingale was brought to life by the team of incredibly talented artists we have here at Inflexion Games. Now that we’re a couple of weeks from launch, the art team has begun to share their work online, so it presented a perfect opportunity to spotlight their amazing artistry.
Environment Art
Our environment team brings a handcrafted approach to creating worlds that feel like a natural and wild environment, as well as one that has been lived in and stewed in a greater canon.
These screenshots capture a small fraction of the immense detail packed into each Realm.

Concept Art
Everything starts at the concept art phase. Nightingale is blessed with a lore and aesthetic with a wide amount of flexibility to explore visual ideas. Here’s some concept art that helped to guide the visual development of Nightingale’s world.

Chaos Physics Assets
Tech art is wholly unique to gaming as it blends interactivity with artistic vision. With the range of assets on display here, it goes to show how additional immersion is added to our tree-cutting system - the finished look making the simple act of chopping them down all the more satisfying.
