Hello,
For the upcoming Early Access Launch, we plan to have servers in the US and in Europe (France). If we see during Early Access that many Asian players join we will add a Singapore Server quickly as well.
We plan to release the game for 10 USD and it will be later Free to Play but by paying for Early Access you will get a founders package which is more than worth the price.
We will inform you about the launch date as soon as possible.
