Fixed startup issues for some some users:
- Intro sequence now starts playing immediately on launch for Steam VR headset users.
Graphics settings menu:
- Removed draw distance setting from the menu. On certain settings, this was causing objects to disappear too early.
Minor visual fixes:
- Removed text actor for St Thomas's Hospital in historic environment.
- Corrected orientation of Union Jack flag on the modern castle.
