Patch 1.5.4 adds UI scaling and a new hotkey to visualize tooltips from hydraulics, springs and foundations.

* New hotkey (default=T) will show tooltips for all on-screen hydraulics, springs and foundations
* Trace tool UI/UX improvements
* Hydraulics and springs can be adjusted continuously by holding down the nudge keys ([ and ]).
* Shrink tooltip size if not running on Steam Deck
* Added mod hooks to get the UI Scale Mode and UI Scale Factor.
