last time, set, release date, was hoping, for, january 2026

going to delay it a few more years

Have not been focusing on working on game, for the past, couple years, but, on recovering from health problems, but, can see from, picture, doing better !! >w< !! was not, aware, how bad, we were, doing, because, had, no frame, of reference, always sick, always feel bad, not know, possible, to feel better, quality of life, very improved !! !! >w< !!

Hope, to start, focusing, working on game again soon, on new medication, seems to be helping so far
Also, finally, started, working with, social worker, and, she's swag

you probably, dont, want to hear, about us, our health, but, about game

So, removed the MMO tag, because, focusing, on, good, responsive online multiplayer game-play, though the use of input prediction and rollback netcode, which means, simulating multiple frames every game update, so, with that in mind, will have, lesser amount of characters and players, for, better responsiveness, since, very fast and interactive game-play, lots of movement, punching things, make them move, etc

Also, focusing a lot, on, NPCs, to make, game, playable, both singleplayer and multiplayer, and have, NPC, companions, taking roles and doing, tasks, player, not interested in doing, themselves or can't do alone

Think, those two, might sound, incompatible, but, think, having, NPCs existing in world, and, doing things, like, players do, make, game, feel, more alive, make NPCs, more, intelligent, capable

Also, can host a game, and, can play alone, work on base, explore, etc, game still fun and playable, can, have, NPCs, teach and show game mechanics, by doing them, and teach players, instead of having to write, tutorials, and, can, do PVE, attack NPC base, without being forced to do, PVP, can have, different, difficulty levels, to make, learning game, easier, can make, NPCs, collect resources and build base, if only interested, in exploring and combat, aspects

Also think, makes, story, more, immersive, awesome, if, characters, are, capable, of, doing, the same actions, a player can, makes them feel, more real, they can, contribute, more, instead of, having to do, everything, yourself, actually, getting help, from them

Makes playing with others, less scary, if, already did alone, and, guided, by characters, in story, teaching game, not feel like, other players, pissed off, because, not good enough, not know what to do (have lot of social anxiety !! >w< !!)

hope you will like game, have been, pouring, heart and soul, into it, worked, for years, got, way better, at, making games, in, so many aspects, story, writing, coding, game design, pixel art, animation, etc, it'S gonna be awesome and hopefully, worth the wait

Oh also added Colony Sim tag, because, well, seemed, fitting
