While players who’ve reached the Ice League celebrate their upcoming CR-72, a very pleasant surprise awaits everyone in the lower tiers!
We’ve made a small adjustment to the percentile-based league distribution — and now, every league except Golden will get a well-deserved boost!
🗒 What’s changed: RU region: +250 spots per league; EU: +100; NA: +50; SEA/NEA: +20.
Previously, league boundaries were calculated based on all ranked players — including those in the top Ice League.
Now, Ice League players are excluded from the boundary calculations for Golden and lower leagues.
📌 Example: If there are 12 players, with 2 in Ice and the rest in Golden or Silver, Golden used to stop after the 2 Ice players. Now, those below are promoted to Golden, as Ice players don't count toward Golden's limit. This change brings more fairness to those fighting for Golden, not just the absolute top.
❗️ These changes will be taken into account when distributing rewards, but will not be reflected in the in-game UI.
We hope this gift warms you up in the middle of the icy snowstorm!
Sincerely,
EXBO Team
