After receiving over 200 submissions in the four‑week call for entries, the judging panel, comprised of staff from the Narrative Department, successfully selected the best stories. The task was far from easy — every entry was worthy of consideration. We are now ready to announce the contest winners.
Please note that works finishing in first through third place will be featured on a special in‑game stand!
All prizes will be mailed to your in‑game inboxes within 30 business days after the final results are posted.

An interesting story that utilizes both STALCRAFT: X concepts and original ideas. Sometimes the results of one's own obsession are far more terrifying than any gruesome creature that can be described with words. |

Like many other works that have won prizes in other regions, this piece avoids the typical trope of a terrifying monster. Rather than focusing on descriptions of horror and monstrosity, it explores something deeper — an existential dread that far more frightening than a hundred other monsters. |

Despite the skepticism towards stories that explicitly highlight a gaming element or feature a game world within their narrative, this story was surprisingly delightful. |

Technically, the poem is impeccable. Its fluid, mesmerizing rhythm beautifully enhances the dread of understanding that something beyond comprehension lurks nearby. |

A powerful work where technical skill and the depth of poetic expression merge seamlessly. The poem doesn't just create an image, it crafts a whole mythology, perfectly fitting the spirit of the Zone. |

Unfortunately, some participants did not meet the evaluation criteria, and because of the relatively small overall number of entries, there were no candidates for positions from 7 to 10 place.

The poem is stunning, both technically and in terms of its underlying meaning. The narrative transforms the Zone from an external location into an internal, existential category. |
