Hello, Summum Aeterna family! 💛 We've got news about Aeterna Lucis, our new metroidvania set in the same universe.
We've been dying to tell you this: on Monday, October 19 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 7 PM CEST, the new free demo of Aeterna Lucis lands on Steam.
And it's not just any demo. It's built on the final game, so it's the closest thing to Lucis we've ever shown you. Those of you who played the first demo will feel the difference from the very first jump.
You'll be able to explore the entire Tower of Light, the first biome, and take on its first boss.
What's waiting for you:
- Reworked movement, faster and smoother
- A new light-based navigation system
- A living atmosphere that changes around you
- A dynamic camera and a brand-new HUD
- Real-time dynamic lighting and exploration with no loading screens
- Both game modes: Aeterna and Lucis
- Colorblind accessibility options
We're asking from the heart: play it, enjoy it and tell us everything — the good, the bad and the weird. We read every comment you leave on the Steam forums or on our Discord, and it really helps us polish the game before launch.
If you haven't yet, add Aeterna Lucis to your wishlist and we'll let you know the moment it's out. The full game launches on December 3.
