Fixing small issues on Windows and Mac versions, like:
- the characters cover each other during tutorial (this happens for some players)
- leaving a level and continuing it now does not repeat the tutorial
- levels currently in progress are now marked on level select screen (with a small pencil icon)
- level 45 no longer needs guessing to be solved
