On this day, Tides of Vygor will make landfall and it is the biggest, boldest update we have released since launching into Early Access.
This one reshapes the entire battlefield, gives every fighter new tools, and opens a fresh competitive era for FINAL FURY.
Here's what the tides will bring:
A brand new resource called Vygor
Vygor fuels an expanded tactical layer across the entire roster. Build it through combat and unleash enhanced versions of your special moves. These powered-up abilities add new ways to pressure, escape, punish or control space. Freeze. Poison. Knockdown. Hit harder. Cover new angles. Every fighter gets new tactical flavor and new ways to express their playstyle.
Three new universal moves for every fighter
Jump, Dive Kick, and Uppercut join the toolkit. Suddenly, the arena is no longer flat. Take the fight upward, drop in from above, or break out of predictable patterns with creative timing. These moves make neutral more dynamic and give every match a faster, more explosive rhythm.
Enhanced Special Moves powered by Vygor
When you use your Vygor bar, your special moves transform. Expect new elemental effects, bigger knockdowns, sharper angles, and higher impact attacks that challenge your opponents to react differently. These moves are all about new tactics, new pressure points and new mind games.
Ranked Events every weekend
Tides of Vygor introduces a new era of competition. Every weekend from Friday to Sunday you enter a fresh race to climb Bronze, Silver and Gold and fight for the single Champion spot. Win matches. Secure points. Earn exclusive cosmetics that prove you conquered that weekend. Every Friday is a clean slate and a new shot at glory.
A new Avatar System
Build your identity inside the FINAL FURY universe. Your avatar represents you as a player, and will eventually track your event history, show off your earned cosmetics, and give you a new way to stand out to the competition. Your progress. Your look. Your legend.
