We just published the next update for The Coma 2B: Catacomb, updating the game to version 1.2.3. You can find the full patch notes here:
UPDATE 1.2.3:
- Added Japanese language
- Changed QTEs in the final level
- Number of Enemies reduced in the final level
- Hyungbae Killer spawns less often in the final level
- Minor bugfixes
