The last update creates tons of bugs so I needed to fix a lot of things.
I hope it's better this way :D

BIG STUFF
you can now mash A (X on PlayStation) to directly play an exhibition game
gamepad is usable in almost all menus
B / Escap button works to quit/return in menus (crazy, right ? :D)
MyClub - evolution got changed to avoid players getting too expensive fast

difficulty is shown at the end of Infernal Tower
