Hello everyone,

This is LEEDONGLEE.

First and foremost, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has played and supported Sniper Road.

We are writing to share some difficult news. Due to internal circumstances and the winding down (closure) of our studio operations, we are no longer able to sustain commercial sales or provide future major updates for the game.

Although our official development journey is coming to an end, we want to ensure that our existing players can continue to enjoy the game and that anyone new can still experience it without barriers. Therefore, we have decided to transition Sniper Road to Free to Play (F2P).

1. Transition Schedule

Effective Date: September 1, 2026, 00:00 UTC

Changes: The store purchase price will change to Free, allowing anyone to download and play the game.

2. Future Support & Maintenance

Due to the closure of operations, future content development and major updates will be discontinued.

Game downloads and standard gameplay will remain available via Steam.

3. Refund Information

If you recently purchased the game and wish to request a refund, please note that standard Steam Refund policies apply (purchased within 14 days and played for less than 2 hours). You may submit a request directly through Steam Support.

Thank you once again for all your support, feedback, and memories shared with Sniper Road.

Sincerely,

LEEDONGLEE
