1 - The map - while not perfect - more accurately shows the player's cat(s) positions.
2 - The map shows the position of important object(s), such as the geiger counter(s) after they are found/unlocked.
3 - If a cat enters an interior, their map marker shows up over the center of building they are currently in, until they exit.
4 - Static food dishes have been replaced by automatic feeders which dispense food on a schedule (time offsets to be added in the next update)
5 - Stat drain time has been reduced by 50%.*
6 - First iteration of the "Poop system" has been added. Cats can no longer poop endlessly in litterboxes - only after eating, and only after a given time (each cat will have a different "metabolism.") The more your cat(s) eat, the more they need to poop. If your cat needs to poop, you can either let them do their business wherever they are for a minor comfort boost, or guide them to a proper litter box for a large comfort boost.*
In the next update (scheduled for Friday):
- A refined "Interact trigger" that will highlight the object your cat(s) can read/interact with.
- A few new environmental storytelling details.
We also will do our final review(s) of the last two interiors intended for the first act, and see if we can get the Dialogue System shell to 90% completion.
*Remember - stats can be turned off in the game settings, if you'd rather not care for the cats.
