2 new Legendary Augments:

[ALQeSaR] :
when taking lethal damage restore 50% health (triggers only once).

[Technomancer] :
-50% Power
+100% Summon Damage
and Summon Attacks now apply your OnHit Effects.
meaning if you have % chance on hit acid, electric, fire... they have the same proc chance.

Bug Fix:
Island Map cell count reductions and reduced height variation. the map should be alot nicer to play around in now.
