In this event, you can collect pumpkins for a limited Halloween costume from a vendor at the community HUB - who is also selling an AR-K for 500 pumpkins (one of the best weapons in the game) :) .
Once you receive the costume, you can store it in your player apartment, however, if you lose it after the event is over, it's gone forever (smiles).
