Fixes:
- the sound of rain was on one side
- reduced the volume of rain
- reduced the volume of steps in crouch
- "Escape" key now closes the inventory and does not open the game menu on top of the inventory menu
- spawning cars in buildings and tents
Gameplay changes:
- added the sound of barefoot footsteps on the asphalt
- reduced the size of the toolbox
Map changes:
- increased the range of drawing grass
