FIXED:
* quest: token rewards should happen more frequently
* online: the joiner should receive the same starting questionmark tiles and free reveals as the host
* online: game finished should now transmit to loser properly
* puzzle: diagonal toppers may rarely persist even though they're zero. should be fixed.
