FIXED:
* quest: changed the 'blood cup' puzzle to reflect the correct colors (thanks Mark Alan)
* app: removed all generic keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+P, F2, etc)
* game: when right-clicking after a puzzle is solved, the color selection box should no longer appear
* steam: trying to make the steam overlay appear when pressing shift+tab. can anyone see it?
* game: improved creation and placement code of diagonal toppers
