Please use them freely as all in-shop items can be used for free by all mercenaries from after maintenance to CROWZ service ends.

■ Notice about currently owned RCP
1. For mercenaries who own RCP, please spend your RCP before the maintenance on June 9.
2. For mercenaries who own RCP, in exchange for Steam Wallet is available if there is no spending record.
- Refunded Targets: Recipients who purchased RCP from May 15th to May 29th
: Users who don't have any used record RCP after charging the RCP in between the date above. (Refund to Steam Wallet)
3. Please inquire us through the email below for an inquiry about exchanging Steam Wallet.

4. All refund policies including DLC and etc will proceed following the Steam rule. If you wish to refund any product, please request to Steam after checking the Steam refund policy.

- Products that have passed 2 weeks from purchase or have been used for more than 2 hours are not eligible for a refund.
