Bullet Shield Character Rework:

• Changed how the power works: hold r-click to summon the shield, draining mana over time

• Created unique sprites and animations for the character

• Replaced the old shield sprite with a particle based wall of fire appearance (with lighting and SFX)

Other:

• Fixed being unable to use a power even if you have enough mana, due to floating point precision errors

• Reduced Lightning Power's cost to 60% (used to cost 100% of the mana bar)

• Added some notches to the mana bar
