The Bullet Shield power currently isn't in any of the campaign levels, but it can be used in the Level Editor and Workshop levels
Fixed Bullet Shield not working at all (bullets would pass through it) (Bug was introduced from the previous update)
Fixed an older bug where sometimes bullets would get through the shield
Also made it so the Player can reflect their own bullets with melee weapons
