A few fixes to the board designer.
- Change the rotation of the board to occur when Alt is not held down (multiple deletion now occurs when it is held down, right clicking still removes cells)
- Fix to the display of icons in the editing preview and the pallet.
- Change the show background tool to toggle the display of the 3d cells and the pallet image backgrounds.
