Added Ctrl+V paste and Win+V clipboard paste, supporting pasting content into the currently open folder. Specifically includes the following content:

• Images from Clipboard: Paste image data from the clipboard and save it as a local file.
• Network Files: Support pasting network file URLs with http, https, and file protocols, and download the files to the currently open folder.
• Local Files: Paste local files.
• File Paths: Paste file paths and process the corresponding files.
