Minor bugs fixed:

/// Fixed the problem with rotation on Oculus and HTC Vive controllers on the SURVIVAL level, now everything works correctly.

/// Also on HTC Vive controllers, Dash and Bullet Time have been fixed, now this happens by combining the buttons L Grip + L Trackpad = Dash and R Grip + R Trackpad = Bullet Time.

/// Also now the trigger for Vive does not have to be pressed all the way to fire a shot, this works throughout the entire game.

/// Also, getting an achievement for completing the SURVIVAL level has been fixed

And a few more minor fixes.
