November Update

- Fixed bug where pressing restart during tutorial would restart the whole tutorial from the beginning instead of the current stage
- Visual tweaks to the player's wake
- Fixed language not saving permanently
- Fixed bug: When returning to the main menu the last selected settings were not saved such as mode and map or track
- Implemented surfboard
- Implemented player customization screen (WIP)
