Fixes:
- You will no longer swing the hammer while editing a building.
- Fixed a possibility of players plot posts being unassigned after loading into a saved game.
- The session should now save before a player disconnects from it.
- The Stone Axe and Stone Pickaxe's durability have been raised from 100 to 150. They will now automatically be destroyed at 0 durability, so make sure to repair them before then.
Known Bugs:
Players might not be able to see their friends hosted servers. I believe I've fixed the issue but will continue testing.
