Here's the update notes:

* Fixed the player's tablet rotation and lighting when inspecting for evidence.
* Fixed the player's right hand not moving properly with mouse/controller input.
* Fixed an issue with not being able to move the evidence around after moving it to the far edges of the screen.
* Added 11 extra restored phone conversation snippets that Inspector Sommerset passes on.

Note that we're still adding more phone conversation snippets and will come up with a way to have some of these in the game in a more accessible way.

More fixes and updates are yet to come!
