Q1: Why does the game have a black screen for no reason?
A1: Some users in Europe (or using the European region specification for formatting) players will encounter the black screen problem, we have previously released a targeted optimization patch.
A2: Players with a computer system below Windows 7 sp3 will also experience black screens due to problems with the unity engine and we recommend that players play the game on Windows 10.
Q2: The game has various weird missing resources (such as incomplete loading of interface image resources), what should I do?
A: It is possible that the game is running out of RAM, so please clean up your computer processes and leave enough RAM space for the game to run. (This does not mean disk space)
Q3: What should I do if the game lags, does not operate smoothly, cannot exit or even gets stuck?
A: It may be due to the power option setting, which makes the performance allocated to the game insufficient. We suggest that players check the power option first and adjust it to "balanced" or "high performance".
