Hey everyone,
Rise and shine, City 20 just received its biggest early access update to date!
As we mentioned and teased over the past few weeks, Our Lights of Tomorrow update brings some major changes to the world of City 20 - from a slew of new content for you to enjoy to improved systems and mechanics that help the game feel more realistic and alive! The update also helps us lay the foundations for what's to come, a glimpse of which you'll get at the end of this post!
But what exactly can you expect the next time you jump into the game? Lights of Tomorrow was designed for both newcomers and veteran players, so there's new things for everyone! Get ready to walk your first steps in the city as you explore our brand new tutorial and starting area. And then meet new NPCs (including a now canonically bald Goga), test your skills with new quests and missions, learn more about the mystery surrounding the city, master new gameplay systems and mechanics, and much more!

The game should now behave correctly when played on ultrawide resolution and monitors;
City 20 now supports Steam Cloud Saves!
IMPORTANT SAVES-RELATED INFO:
As with any other time we've added new content to the game, because of the way saves work, this patch WON'T allow you to keep loading your old saves. That said, you can still keep playing your old games if you so desire.
To do so, you will have to access a specific version of the game on Steam, which won't include the update but will remain compatible with your older saves. Below is a quick step-by-step guide for it.
From your Steam library, right click on City 20 and open the "properties" panel;
In the properties window, head to the menu on your left and open the "Betas" tab;
Next, locate the Beta Participation section and click the downward blue arrow to reveal your Beta options;
Locate and select the "0.5.2" Beta Branch, which includes the older version of the game;
Your copy of City 20 will now update. If everything went well, the game should now be labeled as "City 20 [0.5.2] in your library.
