Hello Our Garbage People!
I'm Yee, a 3D animator at Bin Chicken and I have been working on a *hush* *hush* animated trailer for Trash! With the help of Charlie our Creative Director, I was able to tell the prologue of Trash through animation. It will give you a brief peek into the world and the journey that you are going to embark on.

The animated trailer won’t get released until later on, but here are some sneak peeks into the process of creating a game trailer:
- We started by coming up with the story before working on the storyboard.
- After the shots are finalised, we customised the character rig, set up the scene in Blender, and then playblasted them for a more precise timing edit.
- After that, it’s the long process of animating and refining. Rest be assured though, the process is not boring at all! One of the issues that I had to conquer was the CRASH. As I was working with a huge Blend file, dealing with crashes is a usual occurrence in my workflow. At one point, our whole Blend file just wouldn’t open up for me and it was devastating. Luckily, I found a way to salvage my progress and continued my work. Fingers crossed that there won’t be any crashes in my workflow in the future!
