Last month we hosted a playtester build over on itchio for our Kickstarter backers. Got a lot of good feedback, not a ton of bugs reported. Starting to feel pretty good about this. If anyone is curious, most folks reported about 10-12 hours to get to the first ending. We are also moving towards an ending - and a beginning - as we are moving forward with an October release.
Looking at this screenshot you can also see how long ago our old demo came out. In preparation for the full Little Ghost release this October, we have updated the demo in a few drastic ways. First is that it has been significantly shortened: it is no longer the "Act1" that many folks played in 2021-2022. The demo is now limited to the first 5-10 minutes, from the starting tutorial to the mapmaker and village. However, we also added a room in here where you can experiment with the new power-ups and movesets that you'll get in the full game. I warn you this power-up room comes with big spoilers! Folks will also get to see the new tarot card menu and a peek at the updated map.
Please wishlist and help us spread the word: Little Ghost, this October
