A new Search module has been added between Plugin Manager and Settings (or press CTRL+F to open).
This feature can be used to search for written event logic, allowing you to locate and jump to related commands for viewing or modification.
Below is the search panel:
Below is the search results panel (double-click the first column to jump to the specified location):
When the focus is on the event page and you press the shortcut CTRL+F, it will automatically enter the mode of searching only the current event page (you can manually switch to global mode).
Supports searching for specified commands individually, such as Numeric Variables, Switches, Strings, New Game+ Variables, New Game+ Switches, New Game+ Strings, Show Text, etc.
Supports searching commands within specified scopes, such as Event Library, UI, Scene, Scene Objects, and other modules.
Supports filter options:
Event Page Fragments (checked by default): Searches content inside event page fragments; jumps only to the outermost event page fragment.
Phrase Description (checked by default): Searches based on the phrase description of commands.
Case Sensitive: The search keyword must match the result case exactly. For example, searching for ABC will not return abc.
Whole Word Match: Only full words/strings are matched, not substrings within other strings.
Regular Expression: Advanced feature for experienced users. For example, searching [89]66 will find both 866 and 966.
Include Disabled Commands: When checked, search results will include disabled commands.
Supports jumping from search results: Double-click a result to automatically jump to its location for easy viewing and editing.
Supports minimization: The minimized panel will be hidden in the bottom-left corner, so it does not block editor operations and preserves search results.
