Crowdfunding System - Introduction
In order to enable everyone to participate more directly in the construction and evolution of GameCreator game editor and developer community, we have officially launched the "Crowdfunding Plan"
From now on, every user can make their own voice heard and become the "planner" of GC. If you have been looking forward to a specific functional module or liking a certain game template
Perhaps now is the best time to make it come true!
Initial crowdfunding project
In the initial stage, two large module projects will be provided to initiate crowdfunding
● Online mode and multiplayer mode: Multiplayer online mode (room opening mode)+2-4 local players (game controller)
● Spine walking diagram: Use Spine as a walking diagram on the scene map, supporting game templates such as RPG and ACT
Comprehensive intention crowdfunding area
Provide a comprehensive intention crowdfunding theme, submit your creative ideas for game development in the comment section below the theme, and let the community vote to determine the development direction!
Intention to initiate: Post your comment in the comment section below the topic, clearly describing your intention.
Agreeing intention: You can participate in liking the same/similar intention as you or what you urgently hope for (please do not maliciously like or like all of them, research and development resources are limited, priority needs to be given)
Consolidate consensus: attract other users to like and support your proposal. The higher the like rate, the higher the probability of converting to crowdfunding.
Convert to Crowdfunding: Taking into account the intention of the comment section and the evaluation of the difficulty level of research and development, we will convert to a crowdfunding target, and everyone can participate in the crowdfunding (small needs may be packaged into one crowdfunding)
Attention: Please do not post irrelevant content in the comment section
Crowdfunding Projects - Online Mode and Multiplayer Mode
Multiplayer online mode (room opening mode)+2-4 local players (game controller)
Support online functionality and local multiplayer mode for existing templates
● Multiplayer mode is usually compatible with game controllers, which means inserting multiple game controllers allows single screen friends to play together
● Online mode is available in the form of opening a room, requiring a server. Each room can support up to 1-12 people for online gaming
● Design online gameplay based on template features, frame synchronization mode, and the main production method is still similar to single player games
● Priority of template support: RPG, AVG, ACT
● If the templates released in the future are suitable for online use, they will all include an online module
● Can cooperate with user tipping and developer incentive plans to earn game revenue
Please refer to this crowdfunding project for more information, which may be updated as progress progresses.
Crowdfunding Project - Spine Avatar
Use Spine as a avatar on the scene map, supporting RPG, ACT and other game templates
R&D adds support for Spine as a Avatar for use on scene maps
● Mapping into a Avatar within GC, you can manipulate the walking chart as before to control Spine walking chart, such as action, orientation, body shape, action, opacity, hue, playback frequency, etc. Synchronize mapping
● Support multi-avatarPart combination
● Support auxiliary body Helper, using the bounding boxes created in Spine as auxiliary bodies Helper for GC (supporting rectangles and polygons) (such as the attack range area of ACT, etc.)
● Support switching skins (each part can switch skins)
● Compatible with RPG, ACT series game templates, and other game templates with scene maps
● Can serve as the protagonist, enemy NPC、 Use of characters and decorations
