Hi Brewers Club!
Welcome to the November issue of the Brewers club with your latest update on Brewmaster🍻
Make sure you are subscribed to our Brewers Club Newsletter to get these updates direct to your inbox.

🍻 First, let's hop over to Development, what's new? 🍻
“Remember, remember the 23rd to the 29th of November” doesn’t quite have the same ring to it as the traditional version of the nursery rhyme, but you get the point – that’s when we’re giving you the first look at Brewmaster, and it’s happening right now, but ending soon!
Because the Public Alpha has again been our focus this month, the code team has mostly been making this area of the game as stable as possible before now and then.
- The art team has been hard at work on tidying up some of the liquid visuals and creating more furniture, some of which you’ll see in the Public Alpha. We’ve been continuing to “skin” big chunks of the user interface to give you a better idea of how the final thing will all look, plus working on the portraits for some of the characters you’ll meet in the game. We can’t wait for you to see how Jeff and the gang have turned out.
- Audio has completed its first pass of everything in the game and it’s sounding really good so far. Still some tweaks to go, but Brewmaster is now very pleasant to listen to on a decent set of headphones – let us know what you think of the birdsong 😉
- Our designers have been working hard too, with the majority of the meta systems now designed and waiting to be implemented. You won’t see these in the Public Alpha but, hey, if this test all goes well and you’d like us to run another one like it in the future, let us know, and we can think about getting a Public Beta organised for next year...
- And finally, along with a load of work that goes on behind the scenes from our wonderful marketing and community team at Auroch and Sold Out, we’ve also been gathering up a big set of questions we have for you about the Public Alpha. What did you like about it, what did you not, what do you want more of, what do you want less of, and so on.
So if you’ve signed up for the Public Alpha - and if not, get on it quick, the closing date for sign-ups is 4pm GMT on Friday 26th Nov - keep those eyes peeled on your e-mails for your access code, and the survey we’ll be sending out where you can provide us your feedback, so we can make the best game that we can!

🛋 Take a seat in our comfy new sofas 🛋
How GOOD do our new sofas look? Aren't they the squishiest, comfiest things you've ever seen? Can't wait to lose all of my spare change down the back of them, it'd be an honour tbh.

🎮 Check us out in PLAY magazine 🎮
An overview of what you can expect from Brewmaster features in Issue 8 of PLAY Magazine, where you'll be able to read what Peter, our creative director, has to say about the game.
From the different modes, to the idea behind Brewmaster, from the cosy vibes, to the real life chemistry, Peter gives a really lovely overview about what you can expect from Brewmaster. Read more in the issue, available now to buy!

🍺 Catch up with The Tavern at Digital Tabletop Fest 🍺
Steam's Digital Tabletop Fest: RPG Edition was in October; a weekend-long event we run in partnership with Steam 🎲
Brewmaster featured on one of our panels called The Tavern, all about alcohol and gaming. No RPG is complete without a tavern, so we of course had to look into games with beer! Including our very own devs from Brewmaster, joined by devs from Hundred Days, Viticulture, Talisman, and the founder of Hop Culture.
All the streams from Digital Tabletop Fest are available to catch up with NOW over on Steam's YouTube channel.
