Hotfix V0.5.2 published

Changelog:
-Added time of day slider to track builder
-Fixed time of day texts' being poorly formatted
-Fixed time of day icons not working
-Fixed track lights sometimes being on during day time
-Fixed other cars in multiplayer occasionally leaving gravel tire marks on tarmac
-Tweaked Cup car's aera balance a bit for more high-speed stability
