Hey everyone! this is a much needed update that has a ton of bug fixes and a ton of optimizations!

- Range limit added to emplacements
- Changes to loading screen
- Fixed static emplacements not being on the proper team
- Optimized pathfinding
- Fixed soldiers getting stuck
- Fixed Soldiers walking randomly sometimes
- scroll views are expandable
- Mod Manager only shows on game start now
