Small but important fixes and changes:
- Fixed a bug with closing the passage to the neighbor, the neighbor's dog;
- Fixed a bug with the ability to walk during the initial cut scene;
- Fixed bugs in the mission "Bring uranium to a neighbor";
- Increased walking speed (when carrying objects or walking with weapons);
- Adjusted running speed.
