Updates/Changes:
- Each building has its own construction time
- Adding a black border for the sprites of the buildings: Water gathering place, Fishing place
- Tooltips for items in the building inventory
- Decreased clay mining time from deposit from 75 to 40
Bugfixes:
- Settlers are not delivering fuel to some buildings
