New Menu system with Graphic settings including:
- Frame Rate Selection
- Quality Level (High, Med, Low)
- Toggle Vsync
- Anti Aliasing Selection
- Screen Size (when not in Full Screen Mode)
- Toggle Full Screen Mode
- Brightness
Some lights fixed at the start of the first level.
Moved the how to play poster in the start level.
Changed some textures due to a quality level selection glitch.
Bug fixes.
