The following perks were broken in the 1.0.5 update. They should now work.

Additional Fixes & Changes
Prevented a bug that allowed the player to pick up a gun while reloading.
Fixed a bug that prevented a character from speaking to you at the end of the game.
Fixed a bug that prevented credits from rolling for a very specific ending to the game.
The Heart-Under-Blade and Energy Vampire perks no longer require a humanoid victim. This rule was hard to remember and caused players confusion. Seems easier to just make this universal so turrets and cameras grant the same reward.
Mac and Linux versions are now up to date.
