By playing in single player mode, you will be given a chance to experience various contents such as spot events and facilities. At the same time, you will be able to adjust the game environment such as resource respawn, PvE damage, and NPC quantity for faster and easier growth.
However, please note that your previous play record will be initialized if you choose to start a New Game in single player mode. 6. If you are new to Dysterra, try out the tutorial.
Once the character is created, you will see the tutorial pop-up before accessing the game.
When you decide to go through the tutorial, you can learn a variety of game systems Dysterra has such as looting, crafting, and survival with mission guides in the beginning.
You skipped over without experiencing the tutorial?
Don’t worry, Journal(J) - in the Survival Mission List, you can check out mission information such as how to survive, combat, and crafting through the short videos that Journal offers.
In the Journal, you can find information you might need, including exploration areas, resources, and items. On top of that you can also check the locations of resource drop and NPC by pinging directly to the little map provided in the Journal, as it also appears on the main map.
Of course, those who have already experienced Dysterra can play the game without going through the tutorial.
Come join our Playtest, and feel free to ask us through our Official Discord channel if you have any kind of inquiries. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
