Increased HP and damage for hired partners

Fixed BUG: Powder barrels were misjudged and appeared near the player's initial position
Fixed BUG: Weapons and items would fall off the edge of the map, making them unpickable
Fixed BUG: Trap mechanisms such as Arrow Tower and Mana Tower are not affected by Hawkeye's "Ballistic Slower"
