The patching also fixes the following:
Adjust it so the available languages are always graphically psynched with their corresponding flags.
The game no longer crashes if you re-roll cultures while editing one.
Undead never appear after certain events. (Previously there was a it could still happen, which made no sense)
Got rid of another rare end-game crash.
